{"id":23,"date":"2026-10-30T10:35:41","date_gmt":"2026-10-30T05:05:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bodhisattva.co.in\/returns\/"},"modified":"2026-10-30T10:35:41","modified_gmt":"2026-10-30T05:05:41","slug":"returns","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/bodhisattva.co.in\/en\/returns\/","title":{"rendered":"Returns &amp; refunds"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a book comes damaged, misprinted or wrong, tell us within 7 days of getting it \u2014 we replace it at no cost, or refund it in full if we have no copy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Which books can come back<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Torn or wet books, missing or jumbled pages, misprints, or a different book from the one ordered: if you tell us within 7 days of getting them.<\/li><li>The book must be as it came \u2014 no writing, marks or removed cover (apart from the damage itself).<\/li><li>Books are not taken back for a change of mind or other reasons.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to tell us<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Write to officebodhisattva@gmail.com or call 93338 46400 with the order number and a photo of the damage. A video of opening the parcel helps us settle it faster. A courier collects the book, or we tell you how to send it; we pay for the return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancelling an order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An order can be cancelled by phone or email until the books are sent, with a full refund. Once they are sent, it cannot be cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once a refund is agreed, we send the money within 7 working days. If you paid online, it goes back the way you paid (your bank may take a few more days).
